Course description:
This professional development course is designed to prepare teachers to teach §130.367 Engineering Mathematics. This course provides educators with an understanding of mathematics associated with various engineering concepts. Throughout this course, participants will use a variety of mathematical methods and models to represent and analyze problems involving data acquisition, spatial applications, electrical measurement, manufacturing processes, materials engineering, mechanical drives, pneumatics, process control systems, quality control, and robotics with computer programming. CPE credit is 15 hours for each section.
There are 6 sections of Engineering Mathematics. It is recommended that course sections be taken in order.
